PE Mouse Anti-Human CD45RA Description：

Clone 5H9 reacts with the human form of the antigen (LCA), CD45RA. This clone also Relative Cell Numbercross-reacts with peripheral
blood lymphocytes, monocytes and some granulocytes of baboon and both rhesus and cynomolgus macaque monkeys. The observed frequency
of CD45RA positive lymphocytes is higher in the non-human primate compared to what is seen with normal human donor lymphocytes.

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed by gel
filtration chromatography.
